About me

“Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.” — C. G. Jung

My path to psychotherapy grew from a deep curiosity about what it means to heal, to grow, and to become whole. Before this work, I lived and worked across multiple countries in education, community development, and publishing. Each experience — each culture and conversation — became a mirror, revealing new ways of understanding the self and others. Over time, this unfolding became a quiet peeling back of the socially conditioned self toward the deeper Self that connects us all.

As a South Asian migrant, I’ve learned how identity, belonging, and meaning evolve through movement — between places, relationships, and inner landscapes. This perspective continues to shape the way I hold space in therapy: as a meeting between stories, histories, and the possibility of renewal.

In my work, I draw from EMDR, Somatic Therapy, IFS, CBT, Schema Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Feminist Therapy, alongside inspiration from Jungian analytical psychology and Eastern spiritual traditions. These approaches bridge evidence and intuition — creating a space where healing unfolds naturally through awareness, embodiment, and connection.

I work with people from all walks of life and culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds, including those navigating transitions, grief, anxiety, or identity questions. Together, we listen inwardly, honour the wisdom of experience, and invite growth that feels authentic and self-led.

As Rumi wrote, “Don’t turn away. Keep your gaze on the bandaged place. That’s where the light enters you.”

For me, therapy is about holding that gaze with compassion — allowing the light of awareness to reveal what has always been whole within you.
